Vô sừng vô sẹo

Chỉ người còn non dại, chưa được rèn giũa vào khuôn phép nên thường bướng bỉnh, khó dạy bảo. Thường dùng để nói về trẻ nhỏ hoặc người trẻ còn thiếu chín chắn.

Refers to someone who is still immature and not yet disciplined, and therefore tends to be stubborn and hard to manage. It is commonly used for children or young people who are not yet sensible.
